  • 4 eggs

  • 3 medium, overly-ripe bananas, mashed

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup full-fat, canned, coconut milk

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 1/4 cups almond flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/4 cup Bone Broth Protein Vanilla

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 F

  1. In a bowel, mix eggs, banana, honey, coconut milk and vanilla

  2. In a separate bowel, combine the protein powder and remaining ingredients

  3. Combine both mixtures, stirring until well incorporated

  4. Place mixture in the well-greased loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes

Variations:

  1. Try pouring into muffin tin

  2. Add some walnuts or pecans for some added nut protein

  3. If you can not eat almonds you can substitute it for coconut flour, but as it is so absorbent, it is best to mix it 1:1 with something like tapioca flour.
